Not Happy with Your New CSI Saddle Pad?

CSI Saddle Pad’s 30-day money-back ride-it and try-it guarantee is a go get it dirty. With this 30-day Ride-It and Try-It Guarantee, ride your newly arrived CSI Saddle Pad like you own and return it no matter what the reason within 30 day guarantee. We want you to actually USE the saddle pad because that’s the only way you’re going to know if you like it or not.

The most common reason people are disappointed in the fit of their CSI Saddle Pad is because they saddle too far forward on the saddle pad for the CSI Flex-Plate® to work at its optimum. Before you send your CSI Saddle Pad back, please check out the Using Your CSI Saddle Pad page and watch the videos in our Video Library to learn more about how to maximize the use of your CSI Saddle Pad.

If you do decide to return the saddle pad, you will be refunded the price of the saddle pad (minus shipping). You will be asked to provide a reason as to why you are returning the saddle pad, but this is only so we can determine how to improve our product in the future.

The CSI Flex-Plate® is broken, can I get it fixed?

The CSI Flex-Plate® and workmanship is guaranteed for five years. During this time, we will repair or replace your saddle pad for free the CSI Flex-Plate® breaks, even during equine use!

Repairs are usually made with in a week of receipt and the saddle pad will be shipped back to you as soon as it is repaired.


My CSI Saddle Pad is coming unstitched, can I get it fixed?

The CSI Saddle Pad and workmanship is guaranteed for five years. During this time, we will repair or replace your saddle pad for free if your saddle pad comes unstitched due to a manufacturer defect.
